Payment Policy
This policy explains the payment mechanism and amounts due when booking our workshops.
1 Payment methods
We offer electronic payment via cards, digital wallets and bank transfer, plus available installment options. All payments are processed through secure gateways.
2 Full payment
You can pay the full workshop fee at booking to benefit from available discounts and confirm your seat immediately.
3 Partial payment (deposit)
You can reserve your seat with a deposit of the workshop fee, with the remaining amount due before the workshop starts. You will receive a reminder of the balance due date.
4 Booking confirmation
A seat is not finally confirmed until the full fee is paid. If the balance is not paid by the set date, the Academy may re-offer the seat.
5 Currency & taxes
Prices are shown in Saudi Riyals and include applicable fees and taxes unless stated otherwise.
6 Payment security
We do not store your card data on our servers; payments are fully processed by the certified payment gateway provider.
